This Privacy Policy explains how PromptRender ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and AI rendering service. By using PromptRender, you agree to the practices described here and in our Terms and Conditions.
We collect the information you provide directly (your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google), the 3D model screenshots and images you upload for rendering, the renders and edits our service generates for you, and basic usage data such as pages visited and actions taken in the app.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We also use analytics and tracking tools — including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, PostHog, and Ahrefs — to understand how visitors use our site and improve it. If you arrive through an affiliate link, a referral cookie (via Affonso) may be set for up to 30 days to attribute your signup or purchase to the referring partner.
We use your information to provide the service: authenticate your account, generate and store your renders, process credits and payments, translate and optimize your prompts, respond to support requests, send transactional emails, and improve the reliability and quality of PromptRender. We do not sell your personal data.
We share information with the service providers that power PromptRender, each operating under their own privacy and security practices: Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage), our GPU inference infrastructure (processes your images and prompts to generate renders), Polar (payment processing), Affonso (affiliate referral tracking), Resend (transactional email), Axiom (server logging), and the analytics tools listed above. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this information only to create and manage your account and never access any other data from your Google account.
Your account data, uploaded images, and generated renders are stored securely using Supabase's infrastructure, with access restricted to your account. While we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
We retain your account data and generated renders for as long as your account remains active, so you can access your render history at any time. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data and stored images within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time from your dashboard settings, or by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to request a copy of your data, object to certain processing, or opt out of non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
PromptRender is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
Our service providers may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where this occurs, we rely on providers that maintain appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to notify you.
