By accessing or using PromptRender (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PromptRender is an AI-powered platform that turns screenshots from 3D modeling software — such as SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Blender, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Vectorworks, and 3ds Max — into photorealistic architectural renders, and lets you edit renders using text prompts. The Service is available on a free plan, paid subscription plans, and pay-as-you-go credits, as described on our pricing page.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@prompt-render.com.
Paid plans and credit purchases are processed by our payment provider, Polar. Subscription plans renew automatically and grant a set number of render and edit credits each billing period; pay-as-you-go and add-on credits are purchased individually and never expire. Prices and included credits are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.
All purchases are final and non-refundable in cash or credit. If a render or edit fails due to a technical error on our end, we automatically refund the credit used for that specific job so you can try again — this credit-level refund does not apply to dissatisfaction with the artistic result of a successfully generated render.
You retain ownership of the 3D model screenshots and images you upload. By uploading content, you grant PromptRender a limited license to use, process, and store it solely to provide the Service to you — for example, to generate and display your renders. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to upload and use this content.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, you own the renders and edits PromptRender generates for you and may use them for personal or commercial purposes. PromptRender retains ownership of the underlying software, models, and technology used to generate them.
When using the Service, you may not use it for any unlawful purpose, upload content you do not have the rights to use, attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service, circumvent credit limits or usage restrictions, resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent, or generate content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful to others.
Your uploaded images and prompts are processed using our AI infrastructure, which may include third-party AI models and self-hosted GPU inference, and your prompts may be translated or refined using third-party language models in order to generate your renders. These third parties process this data solely to provide the Service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
PromptRender offers an optional affiliate program, powered by Affonso, that lets partners earn a commission — currently 25% of the first sale, as shown in your partner dashboard — for new paying customers referred through their unique tracking link, tracked via a 30-day referral cookie. Commissions are paid out once your approved balance reaches a minimum of $50 USD, subject to Affonso's payout terms. Affiliates may not engage in spam, incentivized or fraudulent signups, self-referrals, or bidding on PromptRender's trademarked terms in paid search. We may adjust commission rates, or suspend or terminate any affiliate's participation, at our discretion, including forfeiting pending commissions obtained through fraudulent or abusive activity.
The PromptRender name, logo, website, and underlying software are the exclusive property of PromptRender. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that renders will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations in every case.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptRender will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold PromptRender harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, though these Terms will continue to apply to any prior use.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws applicable to PromptRender's operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
