Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 render and 1 edit with no credit card required. You can try PromptRender and see the quality before committing to any payment.
How does pay-as-you-go pricing work?
Pay-as-you-go costs $0.25 per credit ($1 per render, since each render costs 4 credits). You buy credits in dollar amounts starting at $5, with no monthly commitment, and purchased credits never expire. Ideal for architects who render occasionally rather than daily.
What is included in the Pro plan?
The Pro plan is $24/month and includes 200 credits per month (50 renders or edits, since each costs 4 credits; object removal costs 2), with 4K output. The same credits also cover resizes, render animations and videos. Unused credits don't roll over to the next month. It's the best value for architects and designers who render regularly for client presentations.
Can I make videos with my credits?
Yes. You can animate any render into a 5-second clip, or join several renders into a video walkthrough with camera moves, your logo and music. Each 5-second clip costs 10 credits, and the logo intro and the music cost 1 credit each. Videos are available on the Pro, Pro Annual and Weekly plans, or with pay-as-you-go credits ($2.50 per 5-second clip); the free plan's starting credits don't cover them.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes. The Pro Annual plan is $240/year (equivalent to $20/month), saving you over 16% compared to monthly billing. There's also a Weekly plan at $9.99/week (80 credits, about 20 renders/week) for a shorter-term commitment.
Do I need a GPU or special hardware?
No. PromptRender runs entirely in the cloud. Any device with a browser works: Mac, Windows, Linux, or even a tablet. No dedicated GPU, no installation required.
How does PromptRender compare to Lumion or Enscape in price?
Lumion and Enscape charge annual per-seat licenses that typically cost hundreds of dollars per year, plus they require a dedicated GPU. PromptRender's Pro plan is $24/month with no hardware investment, and you can use pay-as-you-go for as little as $1/render.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
